hey everyone i am so excited ,a few days ago i needed a little encouragement because i fell off the wagon ang i gained a couple of pounds i started this mon,@234.6 and today at 231.7 so i've lost 16 pounds already and i am very pround of that i know that i have been doing this diet for over a month and if i would'nt of cheated i probaly would of lost more by this time ,well i'll keep you guys poster,later

thanks sally for your support i really do appreciate it atkins is the best diet that i ever decided to get on it's really helped me alot as of this morning i lost another pound so that means that all together i have lost a total of 17.3 pounds hooray for me.
