| Hi Neecy, Pretty common to see a small "stall" around week 2-3 so it is not a sign of anything. I would certainly try more veggies. They are very healthy and are not going to make you gain. People do not get fat from eating more veggies. I love Salsa too. I use a store bought one (no added sugar) but I find I have to be a bit careful with quantity. A lot make me have a bit of a sugar buzz - I am guessing the sugars in the concentrated tomato is the cause - so I watch it. However, you may be completely different. I would give it a try. It sounds delicious.
