| You can't "spot-reduce" although there are times that I so wish I could. I would say a combo of cardio, healthy diet, and resistance training would be the best way to lose overall fat and eventually those dreaded love handles. Good luck!

| Hi, Yes I'm with Widget. Exercise wise a combo of cardio and resistance training (be it with weights or just your own body weight - i.e. abs, pushups, squats etc) works best to tone up and reduce fat which will have an effect all over - though it cannot be targeted. |

| No clue, on this pounds I lost my face is thinner and my love handles have gone down but my stomach is low but still there so I guess we all lose at different places as we go. Hang in there! you look great |

| Yes, cardio is your best bet. Have you tried "8-minute Abs"? I definitely recommend it... you can find it on YouTube. They show you all sorts of different crunches, including a couple that targets love handles |
