| Not sure what phase you're on, but as long as the chicken has skin on it so that you don't have an enormous amount of protein and no fat, I don't see what could be the problem. Just make sure that at the end of the day your protein is not too high (should be ~30%)... maybe add some oil to your salad.

Imagine that you're doing great, losing weight, feeling better than ever, thrilled with yourself, hearing compliments from friends and acquaintances---and then it happens! Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | Too much is when you eat beyond satisfying your hunger. If you stick to the plan and satisfy hunger - no more, no less - you'll be fine. It's best to try to spread your veggies through the day to avoid blood sugar spikes.

| You really should spread your veggie carbs throughout the day, rather than concentrating them on one or two meals. This does 2 things: prevents any blood sugar instability/glycemic issues and prevents you from overeating protein. Atkins is a high fat diet, not a high protein diet. Protein should comprise about 30% of your total daily calories. Dr. Atkins warned us that excess dietary protein is eventually converted to sugar, which is stored as fat. So you aren't doing yourself any favors if you over-eat the protein.
