| I'm feeling better, still have the congestion but thankfully the fevers and tummy problems have stopped. Hopefully I'll get some walking in this week - its been unseasonably warm lately, we even had sun today! |

| oohhh I hope that happens to me when I weigh myself at the end of this upcoming week. I'm staying off the scale since I ate a bit too much on the last two days of vacation and then got my tom when I started back on track. I figured I'd give my self 1 1/2 weeks before I weighed my self again. The good thing is is that even though I ate 60-70 carbs instead of keeping below 20 for two days in a row, I didn't gain any weight, just didn't loose any... but gained 5 pounds during tom |
