Hi all,

I am looking in my little Atkins carb. counter book and I have a couple of questions.

1) I want to make Chicken, egg or tuna salad. The book says kraft mayo is 0.0 for 1 tsp but I need to use more. At what amount does it get into numbers and do you have any idea for 4 tbs? The jar info does not help either.

2) I want to have more than 6 oz of protein which is O. At what amount does it go into numbers. I am thinking 8 oz. I want a steak!
