| sugar alcohols take me out of ketosis... the best way to not crave sweets is to go 4 days without.. I know it sucks! It wAS SOOOOO hard for me... but now the cravings are gone.. good luck

| Same here, I've been on Induction for over a week now. The first week, someone brought bannana nut bread to share with the class. I really wanted a piece, but I reisisted. Now today, someone brought in a cake to share. I had an easier time resisting it. I still wanted it, but it was not a craving where I felt I must have a piece, much easier to handle. |

| I have had some of those. They are delicious and they do not seem to affect me. I was actually surprised that they tasted so good. I am not really into sweets, it was the french fries, burgers, potato chips that killed me. There's no "low carb" version of those items out there so every now and then I have a few sugar-free candies. However, that being said, everyone is different so monitor it and see how it affects you.
