| Make sure to count your sweetener servings, the maximum is 3 per day. Typically for sweetened drinks, 8 oz is equivalent to 1 serving of sweetener. Also keep in mind that sweetened drinks don't count towards the minimum amount of water you should drink daily.

| What she said. ^^ Just make sure you're not counting them towards your water - with the sweetener & flavor in it, it doesn't count. EDIT: Aw, one minute too slow. LOL |

| I've had one of those before and it didn't stall me. Like others have said, just count it as one of your sweeteners for the day and don't use it as water intake. |
