| I took hot wings to work 2 nights running. It sure made it easier deciding what to eat.

| Hot wings are a hit in my house! Everyone loves them and can't get enough.. or maybe I should say I don't seem to be able to cook enough! LOL I took a recipe and tweaked it so our version has 0 carbs! 1lb. chicken wings (I use the drumettes) 2tbsp. butter 1/4 cup hot pepper sauce (I use a hot sauce that has no carbs & no sugars) Preheat Oven To 375 Degrees 1. Bake wings for 20 min.-melt butter and sauce together in a bowl or pot 2. Brush wings with sauce - continue baking for another 10 minutes 3. Turn wings over and baste with sauce - bake for another 10 minutes Mmmmm.. yummy

| Yeah, im glad chicken wings are allowed, i was just worried about the calories but i can see i dont need to worry. As i started reading the replies to my post i was a little apprehensive because some said they get full on 4 or 6 wings it probably takes 10 wings to make up one chicken breast a liittle bit more skin perhaps. Like Chef Kevin said i can eat these things like popcorn. I baked them with a little franks hot sauce (zero carbs no sugar) half way through i doused them with butter. Thanks all for the replies im going to try some of the other recipes. |

| Chicken wing brilliant choice. But 20 is still a lot to go through. Do you make them yourself or buy. Try making yourself so easy. Have you tried Jerk Wings, quick and easy. All you need is all spice, garlic, salt, chilli powder, pureed spring onion and vinagar. Mix all to form a paste marinate wings overnight and grill when you want to eat them. Spicy and Yummy. |

| I picked them up at the grocery last night - if I had seen the recipe for the sauce, I probably would have gotten the plain wings, not the already buffalo'd style.
