| I would check the ingredient list. I have yet to find one that does not have sugar in it. However, the amount is so small that I use..I don't worry.

| Almost last on the list is "sugar". So I wonder how they get away with putting 0 on the sugar content label, when there is indeed sugar. Perhaps the amount of sugar is so minute. I thought I found a good thing! |

| if it is less than .5g per SERVING, they can say 0g. gotta love labeling laws... .51g to 1.49g is listed as 1g etc... so if you really have .49g in your dressing, and you load up on it, say 4T on your salad (assuming a 1T serving size, read the label) then you could have almost 2g of carb there.

| This is one reason I am glad I live in UK where most of the labels list nutrition information per 100 grams/mls (3.5 ounces weight/3.3 fluid ounces) This makes it much easier to gauge how many carbs are in one tablespoon (15 mls) and not get sucked into the 'zero carbs conundrum'. BTW - Dr Atkins told us to count at least one net carb per ounce of cheese no matter what the actual count is.
