Default 3 weeks and 15 pounds?

Well tomorrow will be 3 weeks for me and I am down 15 pounds..I am excited about it but I guess I was hoping to have lost more than that by now. I have cut out sugar and I only have 1 cup of coffee now, eat plenty of vegetables and my keto stix are showing purple...I have even started walking on the treadmill 30 minutes a day..Maybe I need more excercise?

You're not happy with losing 15lbs in 3 weeks?! Seriously? How long did it take you to put that weight on?? Atkins is amazing, for sure, but it doesn't make you at your goal weight overnight.

How much more were you hoping for with a healthy weight loss plan?? On WW or anything like that, I believe they feel like anything over 2-3lbs per week is not healthy...

Congrats on the 15 pounds. I do understand you wanting to lose more but rest assured, there's more to come with your shrinking!
I think us low-carbers tend to expect big numbers most of the time...or is that just me?
I think you're off to a great start and if you plan to do more exercise then I say go for it but not as a means to try to expedite your weight loss. No matter what YOU have planned, it's up to YOUR BODY how much and how fast so try to just go with your losses as they come.

15 pounds is awesome! The weight loss typically slows after a few weeks. And I don't know how much you have to lose, but sometimes the losses come slower as you start to weigh less. That was the case with me. As soon as my BMI hit 24.9 (normal), I have only lost maybe .5-1 pound a week. Be proud of yourself! The rest will come off before you know it.

I've been on Atkins for 50 days now and I have lost 5-8 lbs depending on what day and time I weigh. 15 lbs would be awesome! I'll trade you.
