Default Think i blew it back to day 1 of Induction

I had 6 oz of cheese today i forgot i had 2oz for breakfast. totally bummed. Oh well back to day 1

You don't have to start again because of that! Just continue with induction and be careful next time. I'm pretty sure those extra 2 oz of cheese did not throw you out of ketosis.

Be sure to keep track of your foods, if you have trouble remembering what you ate and how much.

you can track it on fitday.com or you can use a carb counter book and a notebook.
