| Personally I just go right back to what I was doing before the lapse. then again I am not real high up on the rung deal anyhow YMMVSteve

| Steve, I was already eating peanuts almost daily and even drinking a few ultras (daily)- It would be nice to go back to that right? Abbey |

| You didn't say what you ate in these two days, but whatever it was you're probably not in ketosis anymore. The first step is to get back there, otherwise you'll keep cheating. For this, what I would do, is go back to OWL Rung 1 (with max. 20 net carbs) or induction for a few days. After you things get back in control, you should be able to continue from where you were.
