| Yep, still in Ketosis. I don't have DANDR handy so I don't know the number - but it takes a lot more carbs than what you get in the early stages of OWL to knock you out (assuming you're following the plan exactly) of ketosis. |

| Atkins is a ketogenic diet (that means it produces ketones due to fat metabolism.) A ketogenic diet is defined as a diet containing less than 100-130 grams carbohydrates. The ketostix might stop registering when you get to 40-50 net carbs daily. But it really doesn't matter, because as long as the physical signs of ketosis are still there and you are losing weight, you are okay.
