| I don't find KG more accurate really. I would recommend a digital scale. Tesco's sell the one I got, it's a Weight Watchers one, and you can set it to LBS, ST or KG. I always weigh myself in LBS because it's easier to control, and on mine, it shows you the full measurement (eg. 173.4 lbs) and there's an option for it to track all your weighing in measurements. Also make sure you're only weighing in once a week, and at the same time of day roughly. All of those things can contribute to differing weights

| Well in kg scales they give smaller units of measurement say in 0.1 of a kilo so its easier to tell if you have lost or gained the slightest weight |

| I would say go with the kilos if the scales give you a 0.1 graduation, as losing 0.1 kilos (100 grams/3.5 ounces) is a good visual difference!
