| Congrats on the 5.5lbs...WOW...thats FANTASTIC! Seems like moving up the rungs helped! Its really hard sometimes to wrap our heads around a high fat diet when we have been so conditioned by everyone for so long that low fat was the way to go. In time you won't remember how to eat any other way. Fitday is great too, it takes a lot of time to put your food intake in but then gives you a comprehensive look on where you are and what you can tweek. Again...way to GO!

| Thank you all for your messages. I'm so sorry that I haven't been online for a while. I got very busy with work and as always, it took over my life completely! I gained a few pounds over Christmas but I have lost 5 pounds so far this week, so I am very happy with that. I am still exercising, and eating nuts and blueberries, and of course olive oil! My carb in-take has gone up to 25g and this number is really ideal for me. A friend sent me some tips for improving metabolism from a great website, I have been following the tips and they seem to work great! Link below.
