| I would assume you are there now. I would not expect that you had 13 pounds of water weight, unless maybe you were a sponge.

| In my opinion whatever the weight was if it is gone I am not carrying it around anymore. So I celebrate every pound.

| yea, but... I am @ 210lbs, I have been at 210 before.. 6 years ago may be, but I wore larger sizes and looked fatter.. may be it is the muscle mass? or less fat? Not sure, but I am really happy I found this WOE/WOL..

| I would think that once you are in ketosis you are burning fat for fuel. As time goes by your become more efficient at burning fat than storing it. Thats how I read it. Good luck and Merry Christmas!

| I'm on day 5 and I have no weight loss!! I was on another diet before and lost 25lbs from 205 to 180. I plateau'd and decided to go on atkins. I haven't lost anything and I get really upset cuz I've been 180 for 2months. I exercise regularly and I'm doing atkins perfectly. Has anyone been stuck like this? |
