Smile meat only randomly lost weight puzzled ??

i am only eating meat

for the first three weeks i lost ten pounds ok then I was noticing something I was staying the same weight, but my fat was disappearing.

I think the meat made more muscle mass plus more mass in bone marrow.

interesting for this part too i was not losing anyweight,
i was eating a 5lb hamburger stick every two days so ok i thought maybe it was that i was eating too much, but hahahahaha atkins works i said to myslef i ve seen it work for me without excercise then the next morning

I randomly lost 2.5 lbs and i was like what the heck i was expecting to be 165.5 like usual and i could understand going down .5 of a pound but not 2.5 lb i am puzzled i cant tell if its water or my body got real hungry last night and partied on my fat or what! dang hahahaha come body do that again lmao. but yeay see ive been real good on my diet no diet substutes i even brush my teeth with plain baking soda so im not getting sweeteners from tooth paste to mess with my fat..

whats funny is i have a routine that i follow every day and this happens and im like huh? OK? SURE? Thanks? lol?

Where are your veggies? This is not a high protien diet. It might be a good idea for you to read DR. ATKINS NEW DIET REVOLUTION (2002). This way you can truly understand this way of eating.

I agree, you should definitely read the book and definitely not just eat meat. There are lots of yummy veggies that you need in your diet. It sounds an awful lot like you are trying to go no carb, whereas you should be going low carb. You should still be having some carbs in your diet through vegetables right now. Good luck to you and please give the book a read to make sure you are doing this the Atkins way.

Please do eat your veggies! You need those wonderful nutrients!
You should be getting most of your induction carbs (20 g/day) from vegetables.
Also, if you eat too much protein, you run the risk of it converting to glucose, which you really don't want!

I'll echo the advice to read the book. You'll find things work so much better if you follow the plan to the letter.
