Default Met 2 week mini-goal, new 2 week mini goal

Hello all and everyone,

I'm sorry I've been too busy to post and read this site much. However, I do find it helpful to post my 2 week mini-goals, as it keeps me accountable.

I met my last 2 week mini-goal (and actually walked an additional 3.5 miles on top of goal).

My next 2 week mini-goal:

Extended induction.
continue regimen of running/walking (now actually trudging through deep snow) 3.5 miles 6x per week
Have 2 days of light strength training, mini trampoline/ab exercises per week. Am going to move from 2 lb. weights to 5 lb. weights.

Thanks for letting me check in,
Ruth

Thanks Ladies!

Elizellen, you look awesome! Your before and after pics look stunning (I always destroy my fattest fat pics, I can't seem to restrain myself).

And Oz Lover, never fear. I'm lucky enough to live 1 half-mile from a bike trail that's groomed for cross country skiing (and free of traffic). So the only potential danger is walking the half mile to the trail. But I'm super careful, and have high waterproof boots and Yak Trax (so no slippage--those things are great).

Keep up the great work y'all!

Ruth

Thank you for the compliment, Ruth

Actually it is about the only pic I have of me at that size - I had to crop it out of a family photo taken at a funeral, because (like many of us) I was usually very careful to be the other side of the lens most times
