| My New Year's Atkins Resolution is to get back on plan. Refocus on firming up an exercise regime, and keep tabs on everything that enters my mouth! I would also like to set myself a mini goal of losing 20 lbs, by Feb 26, when we leave for our cruise! |

| Happy New Year!!! My resolution is to stay on coure and commit to the Atkins Diet as I did in 2003 when I had the pleasure to meet Dr Atkins and his wife Veronica. My weight is now 227 and my goal is 157. I know I can do it! |

| Short-term goal: To run a 15k on Feb 28. For those who don't know, I had MAJOR foot surgery in August 08 and am S L O W L Y coming back to being a full-fledged runner again, so trust me, running 9.3 miles on 2/28 will be a major challenge... Long-term goal: To run the Tampa marathon in 2010. Yes, that's 26.2 miles, and I'll be 54 years old on that day. Betty

| Well, have reached my first goal which was to move out, in the hope that it will also aid my weight loss journey. I plan to exercise more, so have joined the gym at work...so no excuses about time/resources; I want to further immerse myself in studying all that there is to know about Atkin's and the low carb lifestyle in general; I hope to be a better worker....be more self-disciplined and motivated at my new job. To give more of my time and resources by volunteering/charity work. I actually have a pretty long list.....
