| IT could be completely unrelated to Atkins. If it is related, I would suggest drinking more water because the runs will dehydrate you. If you are not taking in enough fiberous veggies, you might also try psyllium husks fiber capsules. It should help "hardening things up". Good luck and Happy New Year!
