| Untag the photos and move on. Also you worry too much about what others think. You just had 2 kids, you should expect to look a little different than you did 5 years ago. Also, since you have 2 kids it is definitely time to get over ANYTHING your exes may think. Or Get on the diet 100% correctly. Give it some time. Take new pictures of the skinny you and put those on facebook. People will look at those and be so proud of how much you lost compared to the pics of you right now. Either way, crying and feeling sorry for yourself will not erase the pictures or magically make you lose weight. Try using your shame as motivation for following the diet. I started back at the end of June, I went from 225 to 175. Everywhere I go people who knew me compliment me and ask my secret. My final piece of advice. Go buy the book Dr. Atkins A New Diet Revolution 2002. Read it, then read it again. I read it at least 5 times and skimmed it 123873 times. Good Luck

| Hi, Tumtum. "Is this going to wind up on someone's MySpace?" is a tongue-in-cheek question I ask before agreeing to pose for a photo taken with someone else's camera. Frankly, I wouldn't dream of taking the liberty of posting and tagging a photo of someone else without their permission ... especially if they begrudgingly posed for it.

| Tumtum... I am so sorry to hear that your cousin was so insensative to your needs. She really should have asked first. I dont have my picture anywhere on the net... not even on this forum. - I have the same feelings you do - I dont want everyone to see me the way I am. On the other hand think of what you can do with this. Use this feeling to get busy and loose the weight you need to loose. Show them that you are a strong person and that you can get back to your skinny self. - Then post a new picture. I know you can do it. Keep your chin up! Shauna

| Thanks guys.. you have all be fab. I think I've had my cry and now I've downed another 3pints of water. I've got the book and read it a 100times, and was very successful the first two times I did it, before I gave up smoking and fell pregnant with my son, so I know it works, I just need to put my head down and look forward to June, where I hope to at least be close to my target... But like you said.. this is just making me feel more motivated now. I'm still rather angry and upset but its not her fault... Thanks guys. tumtum |

| Use this chance to lose the weight so you can get healthy and be able to keep up and play with them. Make sure you are around to see all their milestones and meet your grandkids. That's what is important. Not what people might think on the Internet. Sunny!

| gah, facebook pictures used to give me nightmares. i sometimes like to make crazy faces... especially while drinking... and my friends seem to have no concept of what is an acceptable picture to put up. and if the people who see them are negative about how you look, they aren't worth your time. |
