| A few days ago I was really disheartened that I had been perfect, no cheats at all and was back up 2 lbs. The next day I was back down the extra 2 lbs and then the day after that I was down a pound. I agree that you probably shouldn't weight yourself everyday, I can be a bit obsessive so I promised myself the only time I could weigh myself everyday was during induction. After I'm done with Induction it will be once a week and take pictures every two weeks. Don't worry about any short term gains, look at the long term losses. Just keep at it and the fat will disappear, that's what I had to keep telling myself. |
