| I would not buy an Atkins cookbook. Most of what you will end of cooking is normal stuff perhaps with a few changes. Use Linda's recipe site and recipes from this board to get started. There are some good ones for induction in this thread http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...n-recipes.html (Never ending induction recipes) DANDR (the 2002 Atkins) will have some recipes at the end that you can check out too.
