| Don't worry too much...I have been known to vary 5-7 lbs on different scales. And you're right...at least you can use your new scales as a baseline! Congrats on the visual difference people are seeing in you

| I think I might have to do the same. I'm going to buy a new scale ~ a digital one so it's plain as day what the number is. It's too hard to read the one with the dial. It's good you have a baseline at home now. You can't go to the doctor every day! FYI - Your ticker's numbers seem off as of this post... |

| You should be able to see it if you're looking at this thread. It says this at the bottom of your ticker... 236.6 lb lost 165 lb below target weight |

| Can I ask a question without being rude or ditzey? Does that mean you have lost 236 pounds and have 160 something to go? If so I am amazed and good for you, well good for you on any weight loss. But I really have alot to lose and right now at this point it just seems unatainable! So I was just curious if that was how much you lost or what you weigh and 160 something was your goal? |
