| I have been doing atkins for 4 months now, but I have only been using fit day for about a month now. Believe it or not this month I will have my biggest weight loss month. I figured out that I was eating WAY too little. Since I upped the calories (and fat) I have more energy for the gym, and the weight is falling off. Fitday is awesome!! Good luck and Happy NEw Year!

| I like fitday too. I have found that if I do not record my foodintake somehow I slide. So it keeps me honest. And it is nice to use it to check trends.

| anybody know if its safe to use the multivitamin "berocca"?...been using it but like you say it may have hidden carbs in it?...it is sugar free though |

| Maybe Ill give fitday another try... always found it hard to truly calculate what I ate. Usually did the old fashioned way with a paper and pen!
