| I always use my trusty Carb Gram Counter as most cheese packages say "less than 1 gram". 1 oz Cheddar Cheese = 0.4 gram

| I just use fitday. It counts if for me And remember that the company who makes it can round down on a label. If something is there but under 1 they can say zero on label legally. (and they do)

| For induction, Dr Atkins told us to count each ounce of cheese as being one carb regardless of the actual count. Quote:
