| Oh CRAP. I didn't know that. So basically I ruined my induction?! I will just keep doing the diet and stop drinking it then. How is it that if it's only 1 carb and less than 1 sugar, it can't be accepted on atkins? I couldn't find this in his book.... Anyone know the specifics as to why?? |

| It is allowed, just not during induction because soy is a legume. It would be allowed when you reach OWL level 6 - legumes, as Elizellen mentioned.

| If you want something to drink quicker then rung 6, I drink unsweetened almond milk. You still have to wait until the nut rung but you'll get something to drink sooner

| Aw thank you! I'm actually just fine with water. I never crave any kind of drink but I thought, what the heck, I'll treat myself since it looked okay for induction but I was wrong!! Good to know though, about the almond milk! |
