| the other carbs are from sugar alcohols that supposedly don't have an impact on blood sugar, so atkins doesn't count them. Don't eat these things, they make you go to the bathroom a lot, are not good for you, and aren't allowed on induction. |

| ok! thanks for the prompt replies. I had no delusions that I would be consuming actual food, but i *did* think they would be allowed during induction - They label them as acceptable for all phases of the diet. Thanks for the 1000th link. I'm reading through it now. -Addict |
