| Any colour is good, Andrew... actually, darker often (but not always) means that you're not drinking enough water. Ketosis is ketosis - there's not low(light), medium(mid), high(dark) - and you don't lose more weight if it's dark. Ketosis simply means that your body is burning stored fat for fuel.

| Hey there Andrewglynn, atkin bars aren't good as all above have said. I was researching about them and sugar alchols today as there is a big question over these bars.I TOO were interested in some of these bars as the cravings can be harsh at night. | Heavy cream... that's the best. You can also use whipping cream (you know... the cream you buy to whip up) Half 'n half can work in a pinch, but then you're getting closer to a milk which isn't allowed on plan.

| I have lost weight this morning !! It is showing up on the scales and when I looked in the mirror, my stomach is definately not sticking out so far!!! I started this diet on monday and I was a bit dubious about the claims, but I'm getting slimmer!! I seem to keep all the weight around my stomach, and have wanted to lose around a stone for about 5 years, but every thing I have tried(have not really excercised as im in construction and before I became a site manager I did very physical work, but the tummy still stayed) has just not worked, I hated most of the "normal diets" as they were just not nice foods to eat.This site and these results have really inspired me! |
