| Yes, you are correct! The major nutrients in foods (fat, carbs, protein) are the same no matter if the foods are cooked or not. They are not changed by the cooking method either. When I cook eggs, I always use the nutritional information for a whole, raw egg.

| one other question is it important to be at 20 carbs or can i do it on less - seems i am hitting my peak around 14 carbs for the day cant seem to get it up not sure how people are only doing 1500 calories and managing to get 20 carbs in thanks for the help

| 14 nets carbs is all right as long as most of them (at least 8 g) come from veggies. You can eat more calories by increasing your fat and protein intake. If you are in induction, you should aim for 65% fat and 5% carbs.
