However, I would advise you to buy the book (if you don't already have it) and read it. Atkins is more than what you can and can't eat.

| Georgiana, no offense, but I have the book and I have been doing this a long time and know it is more then what you can and can't eat - BUT- the entire core of the lifestyle is food, so, now and then I like to reference to keep myself educated. Thanks for the link. |

| To be honest, I don't like to pull the book out at work. I hate the questions. So I keep the list folded in my purse where no one can see. I can't find it, which has me annoyed, but the link helped solve that. |
