I think Tom has placed some adverts recently or it might just be the New Year Resolution to lose weight that has resulted in more would-be losers finding us!

Maybe the word is getting out as to what diet "actually" resulted in our weight loss and not those diet sites who used our before and after pictures!  I was shocked to see that I had lost my 120 pounds by doing the acai berry diet or the Rachel Ray diet!  You'd think I would remember a thing like that!  Sunny!

I have noticed alot of people also but, there is alot of spanish too. I no speeky the spanish !!

Yes - you might see the occasional post in that language as we have a sister board specially for Spanish speaking Atkineers which like the English and Spanish South Beach ones, has links to it from the list of forums (right at the bottom of the list).
