No, I haven't been bad yet BUT you can't unring a bell!! Pick yourself up, carry on with your goals and plan. That's all you can do. There IS one other thing. Take all the energy you're using to emotionally beat yourself up and go beat up on the fat instead. Work out and do it hard with a vengeance!! Oh, and no complaining about the scale not moving for several weeks. It does derail you but the point is whether or not you jump back up and go back to what you know is the best WOL for you. Whatever your fitness level, go after your guilt by working out hard. It'll help burn some of that yuck yuck out of you and you'll feel proud that you put in extra physical effort.

Welcome back on the wagon, Natalie. You've had a setback, but it doesn't have to be a huge setback if you get back on track today.

The best thing is that you are back on track! Just keep this experience in the back of your mind so when you are tempted to cheat again in the future you remember that it's not worth it. Good luck!

Thanks for all that support. I really makes a BIG difference to know that you are all out there and understand. My kids were at a birthday party today and came home with some cake. I wasn't tempted. I hope the scales show a difference tomorrow. I am a serious scales person. First thing in the morning and last thing at night... Thanks again to you all...
