Can someone please explain to me how I can add my challanges to my signature. Not the one when it the challenge is finished but just to say that I am taking part. Thanks in advance

Good for you for enrolling in some challenges

The participant graphics for most of them are in the ADBB Gallery (link towards the top of the page in the second row of blue links.

Here (I think) is the link to the challenge graphics forum Challenge Graphics - Atkins Diet Pictures
if that doesnt work click on the 'ADBB Gallery' link at the top of the page and look for the 'challenge Graphics' album.

Once you have located the graphic for your challenge(s) click on the thumbnail of it and you will be shown the graphic with a few lines of code.
Choose the one called BBcode that starts [IMG] and copy/paste it into your signature.

For example:
The Female participant in the 6 week exercise challenge is located on the third page of the challenge Graphics album and the BBcode is as follows - except that I have added a * after the first [ and second [ to make it show as code

[*url=http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/gallery//showimage.php?i=6&c=13][*img]http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.com/gallery/files/1/3/8/4/9/6wecgal_thumb.jpg[/img][/url]

If you paste that code without adding the extra * after each [ it should display like this



If those instructions make no sense to you then I have just realised there is an easier way to do this

You can hover your mouse over any picture in anyone's post/signature and copy/paste it into your own posts.

So you can rightclick on any challenge graphic you want to use that you see in anyone else's signature and choose 'copy' then paste it into your signature and it should work

This one I am just copy/pasting it from the one above when in preview post mode and it should look the same
