| Shame won't help you get healthy. I say ditch it and get back on track to start feeling better about yourself. Are you referring to PCOS? If so, there's a support forum for that here on the boards. People can definitely empathize. Good luck and take care.

| Easiest thing to do is send food back with your guests. That's what we do when we host Christmas or Thanksgiving, or whatever. |

| Get back on track, don't forget what happened - learn from it! Do whatever it takes to make sure it doesn't happen again. Next time you should only eat the items on the table that you have prepared specifically to plan and nothing else. You can have others host parties but you have to be able to step away from harmful foods. Congrats on your loss so far -- and on changing your hormonal problems!! | i feel much better after having shared how bad i felt about it - it was better then keeping it bottled up yah they told me i had polystitic ovaries i tried sending stuff home with people and no one would take anything except a bag of oreos

| having to get back on it again i started gaining it all back but then i stopped drinking soda again so floating around 301 and about to go on vacation - would be nice to loose a few more pounds before i go I really need to get myself motivated again
