Your weight will fluctuate, a few 100g's isn't a lot and is quite normal in fluctuation. Try to weigh yourself once a week, at the same time of day, in the same type of clothing.
Also, you could be retaining water, or gaining muscle (which weighs more than fat) Have you been measuring yourself? You are probably losing inches even if you aren't losing on the scale!

IT IS VERY, EXTREMELY, NORMAL and I would be surprised if it didn't happen. Just relax, stay off the scales for awhile, breathe.
Try on those tight jeans, that might give you a boost
HaHa - thank you... but its sooo hard to stay of it!but i will try maybe wait until monday and then try again. Im just so motivated and love the food i can eat for the first time on a diet! but also i want to see the changes you know..
How many pounds are you hoping to lose?
Over the whole first 14 days on induction most people lose between 5% and 10% of that total, so wait till then and see what you have lost and compare it to the chart in chapter 13 of DANDR to see what sort of metabolic resistance to weightloss you have.

I want to loose 10-12kg så the % is normal then i think!!
I also had the flu and stayed in bed all week so i hav'nt been working out. That could also be a reason!
