I bought some cheap plastic bowls with lids. Have almost a dozen of them now and I always try to have a least one filled with snacks at work. I slice up cucumbers and then cut those slices in half. Then I cut up celery sticks into slightly longer than bite size pieces. I put those in one bowl. I put ranch dressing as dip in another bowl. It travels well with a lid. Then you get your veggies and some fat. I also take string cheese...mozzarella and pepperoni slices. BUT, be careful with pepperoni slices. They're high fat, not super filling and processed. They're really good though especially with the string cheese. It'll get you through. Pork rinds work too but they're not filling to me at all. However, they're very portable. They are the ONLY thing I can eat in the vending machine at work so I take my own snack every day. Eating that fatty ranch dressing with your veggies really does fill you up. I don't think you'll be disappointed! Let us know what works for you!
