| The net carb on that would be 28-4=24 carbs. I don't mean what you mean by them being OK. Some people that can tolerate lots of carbs may be able to eat them once they have done rung 9 (grains) or are in maintenance. I am thinking of trying some kind of wrap now that I am on that rung. I would read the ingredient and look for whole grains rather than white flour though.

| No there are other carbs - like starches that are just as powerful as sugar. Especially the ones found in refined flour and white rice. The only "carbs" we do not count are the fiber ones because those we do not digest. Some people can also deduct sugar alcohols (but not everyone)
