| Hi Blubberman! Your list sounds quite similar to mine, and I will also add the following: 1) Complexion much clearer 2) Knee pain almost gone 3) No gas (topside AND down below!) 4) NOT HUNGRY ALL THE TIME and sometimes I even forget to have a meal! I totally concur with your #5. Saving LOADS of money on toilet paper! |

| Same here too Blubberman! My teeth are a lot cleaner ...but...my breath isn't particularly fresh due to ketosis. Does anyone out there in the UK know of allowed breath fresherners? Not sure if we can have sugar free polo's. Maybe Elizellen will know

| Hi Welshkaz , At one time Boots the Chemist used to stock some little Atkins breath fresheners ( I bought some a few years ago when I half-heartedly did Atkins a few years ago ) but they don't seem to stock much Atkins stuff now. They looked like tiny little cod liver oil capsules . I also looked at some of the mints like tic-tacs but most of them are absolutley loaded with sugar or carbs . I was wondering about trying some sugar free chewing gum , but decided against trying it because I don't want to risk anything that messes up my weight loss. I just clean my teeth regualrly now and use some non alcohol based mouthwash , along with (fairly) regular flossing. |
