| I use Crystal Louisiana's Pure Hot Sauce. Per teaspoon it has zero calories and zero carbs. All it has in it is aged cayenne peppers, vinegar and salt. You would have to consume a lot of it to even have one full carb. It's what I always make my wing sauce with. I just heat up about 4 ounces of hot sauce with 2 tablespoons butter and I have a really great hot sauce. | |
