| actually, if it weren't FOR my doctor, I wouldn't be ON atkins. she's been after me for the last year and a half to go ON atkins and I finally listened to her at the beginning of this year (and i'm SOOOO happy i did!)

| that is great news...not that he needs to lose weight but that a doc advocates atkins. and now you have a buddy! that is great. before you know it he will love the way he feels and he will be a happy camper. |

| Nice about the pro Atkins doc! Good that your hub has you to help him. I'm sure he'll take to the plan like a duck to water, soon. Introduce him to the ADBB maybe!
