| Thanks for the suggestions everyone! I'm gonna try mixing up some fruits like suggested. Ended up getting syntrax nectar whey protein isolate in crystal sky (0 carbs). (kinda punchy tasting) a bit sweet for my taste but doable. At least it kills any possible cravings I might have for anything juice related-- i think the random grittiness does that... yuck... Anyway, just got back from my "evil" trainer and am dipping myself in the hot tub so there's a slight chance I can move later.... Oh the things we do for bikinis... hahaha Thanks again! PS NewToAtkins, I like to use the word uber at least once a week.... feels darn good!

| I use a product from Nussentials that has 20 grams of whey protein per serving. You can read about it at www.nussentials.com/kelly It is called LESS. We even have college teams that instruct their players to use after a workout for lean muscle. |

| Look at Myoplex. I don't think they have any sugar and very very low in carbs. |
