Failing/Best Thing That Ever Happened To Me

So Last Night, I was Day 11 into Induction and I completely lost it. I binged on everything you can think of and then some. Today, I continued that binge and now feel absolutely disgusting. I feel like I'm gonna puke, my blood sugar levels are jacked...I feel awful.

AND I'M RELISHING EVERY MINUTE OF IT. This failure has made me realize why I wanted to do Atkins in the first place. I HATE this feeling. It is disgusting. The feeling that you've put on a few pounds and have eaten so many empty calories....UGH.

Now, when I start tomorrow, I am ready...ready not to do this anymore. It's so not worth it. I miss my old self...I want to be me again.

I'm so glad this board exists and thankful for all of you. You keep me strong when I no longer feel I can do it on my own. Thank you for all of your support.

i was on the verge of doing the "what the heck binge" the other night. instead, i just cheated with some cap'n crunch then quickly hopped back on the bandwagon. after reading what you wrote, im glad i did.
