| THe strips are not always reliable. If you are on the plan, you are fine. When those strips run out, save your money and do not replenish them. Make sure your fat intake is high enough. SOme people go on a modified atkins and eat way too much protein. Your body will convert this excess protein into glucose. That will throw you out of ketosis. If your ratio is good, and your not eating WAY too many calories. YOu will be fine. Just my 2 cents. Good luck and Happy Valentines Day!
