Lots of times when that happens, you need to move up to rung 1, more veggies. I don't know why it works, but it does. It could be you're aren't eating enough now and your body is going into starvation mode which could lead to a binge. Or maybe you are eating too much of things like cheese which are higher in calories. Just experiment a little and the weight loss will start up again. Good luck!

I'm in my 6th week and have not lost any weight in 8 days. I moved up one rung on the ladder so we'll see what happens. Also, my monthly is due soon, so I may be carrying water. Many things can contribute to a stall.
You know yourself what you are eating and if you are on track. Don't get yourself worked up over this. TRUST ME!
There is lots of info here @ ADBB about stalling. But take this advice from me, you are ok and it's just this week. In a few days when you weigh again, you may see you've lost 4 lbs. As with anything, we have to take the bad with the good.
Keep up the great work.

Don't panic, its very common. I would just wait it out, if I were you. You might lose double next week

If it makes you feel any better, most of us here WISH we had your problem. You're lucky you were consistently losing for that long without having to tweak anything!! Everyone is right...your diet is the same and that's the problem. Go to FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal if you haven't already and make the effort to keep up with your food intake. It'll help you. I promise. Move up to OWL. You'll like it!!
