| Lots of times when that happens, you need to move up to rung 1, more veggies. I don't know why it works, but it does. It could be you're aren't eating enough now and your body is going into starvation mode which could lead to a binge. Or maybe you are eating too much of things like cheese which are higher in calories. Just experiment a little and the weight loss will start up again. Good luck! |

| I'm in my 6th week and have not lost any weight in 8 days. I moved up one rung on the ladder so we'll see what happens. Also, my monthly is due soon, so I may be carrying water. Many things can contribute to a stall. You know yourself what you are eating and if you are on track. Don't get yourself worked up over this. TRUST ME! There is lots of info here @ ADBB about stalling. But take this advice from me, you are ok and it's just this week. In a few days when you weigh again, you may see you've lost 4 lbs. As with anything, we have to take the bad with the good. Keep up the great work. (((lisa)))
