| You need to remind yourself of the reasons why you wanted to lose weight to begin with and then try to figure out why you have lost your willingness to do what you need to do. Maybe you are going through a period of stress that needs to be dealt with and some relaxation techniques might help. Or maybe you are just bored with the food and need to find some different recipes. Reread the book and get rid of the frankenfoods that are tempting you right now. Read the inspirational posts here on the board to help get into the right mindset again. Remember to drink lots of water and eat your veggies. Good luck and keep us posted! |

| Just jump right back on the wagon again, its that pesky little bird in your head that is trying desperately to get you to come off the diet, telling you stories like "just one won't hurt" or "You can start back again tomorrow". It happens to all of us. |
