| Stretch marks fade with time to a more silvery color and less noticeable, but never actually go away. As you keep burning fat doing Atkins, the left behind bumps will get burned up too. You have made amazing progress, I am sure you will one day not jiggle a bit!

| Are you exercising any? Maybe you can add weight training to your workout if you are. This really helps tone up and reshape your body and I think its really necessary when losing the amount of weight we are losing. Good luck! |

| Exercise, but include weight lifting. It doesn't have to be more than a couple pounds. |

| i find yoga and pilates is great for toning as for the strech marks..ive had these all my life! they DO fade over time..and you can buy a product called bio-oil to help cover them up...they never really go away tho... one of my friend's ex's thought they were cool cuz they made her look hardy or like shes been in battle or something!
