| allykitten, there were a few days after I finished induction that I had a raging appetite. So I binged... but only on legal foods so I didn't destroy my progress.
I haven't had another day like that since then, but it sure took me by surprise!
Dr. Atkins says if you are hungry, EAT! Whatever is causing the raging appetite will probably pass. | |
