| I lost all appetite until ToM came around. It was tough too...because it was the week before and the week of. Nothing like fighting sabotage 50% of the month. You just have to be prepared. Have legal options with you at all times. String cheese, pepperoni, deviled eggs, cucumber slices, celery sticks. I wag all of that around except the deviled eggs, in my purse. No excuse for being hungry ever with all those options at your disposal. |

| sorry but can you tell me what TOM is and how long had you lost your appetite before you regained it? I'm not hungry so that is ok just wanted to know if was normal for having my appetite back as I totally lost it in the first week. |

| In your other thread you are saying you drink coffee with splenda. Coffee makes me have an appetite like crazy and that much splenda is not going to help the case either. So cut those two down and see what happens.

| Thank you both I think I will give up the splenda pills for a week and see how that goes. The coffee I drink is decaf do you still think that might be the cause of my increased appetite? Sorry Yes I am female and now I get it thought TOM was an atkins abbrev lol now I know. Thank you. |
